Workflow
Specialist post-production workflow
Post-production is the whole job here, not a service bolted onto a shoot. Files arrive, are worked through a defined sequence, and come back in the state they need to be published in.
About BeEdits
BeEdits edits for photographers, studios and brands, working to each client's own reference edits so post-production stops holding up delivery.
BeEdits is a photo retouching and creative editing studio. Photographers send us their images together with the look they want; we edit to that reference and return a finished, gallery-ready set.
The work spans everyday retouching and colour grading through to background cleanup, composites, maternity, wedding and commercial galleries, video editing and advertisement design — so post-production can sit with one partner instead of being split across several.
Everything published on this site is approved by the studio: the services we offer, their per-image prices and the before-and-after projects in the portfolio.
What guides the work
Distractions go; pores, freckles and real skin texture stay. No plastic smoothing.
Reference images and written notes tell us the skin finish, colour and mood to match.
Every photo service has a fixed per-image price in the client portal; video and ad work is quoted per project.
From everyday retouching to advanced creative work.
How we work
The same four steps on every project, so you always know where a set is and what happens next.
Upload through the portal or share a Drive, Dropbox, WeTransfer or Pixieset link, plus any reference images.
Our editors retouch and grade your set to your house style.
Look through the finished set and send revision notes in one message.
Download your final, gallery-ready images.
The studio
What the studio does, across every kind of shoot we take on.
Workflow
Post-production is the whole job here, not a service bolted onto a shoot. Files arrive, are worked through a defined sequence, and come back in the state they need to be published in.
Retouching
Skin and detail work that keeps the texture of the original frame. The aim is a photograph that still looks photographed — corrections that are noticed only when they are pointed out.
Beauty
Frequency separation, dodge and burn, and the close attention that beauty and cosmetic work needs when the image will be reproduced large.
Compositing
Combining frames, replacing or extending backgrounds, and building images that were never captured in a single exposure — matched on perspective, lighting and grain so the result reads as one photograph.
Send your own frames for a free trial, or tell us about the shoot and we will suggest the service that fits.
