Project overview

Green foliage fills most of the frame and bounces into everything. Two subjects in gold dresses are exactly what that bounce spoils first.

Transformation details

The green bounce was pulled out of both subjects while the foliage itself was deepened, which widens the separation from both directions at once.
The gold dresses were corrected on their own so the metallic fabric stays warm rather than brassy.
Both subjects were matched in skin tone and in retouching strength.
The chair and the planters were cleaned and their whites neutralised.
