Two-Subject Studio Tone Match
Retouching
Two people in puffer jackets, one cream and one black leather, are balanced so both skin tones and both materials hold up under a single light.

Project overview
Two very different skin tones and two very different jacket colours share one frame. A correction that suits one usually spoils the other, and the cream jacket is easy to push grey.
Transformation details
The two subjects were corrected separately and then reconciled against one neutral reference, rather than corrected together and split afterwards.
The cream jacket was held just off white so it keeps its material instead of clipping.
The black leather was opened up in the shadows so its texture survives.
Both faces got the same light skin pass, so neither looks more finished than the other.
